Over 300 Businesses Take Part in Building Expo 2026

More than 300 local and international businesses are participating in Building Expo 2026, underscoring the event’s growing role as a key commercial hub for Guyana’s housing and construction sector.

Exhibitors from across the world are using the platform to showcase products, services, and innovations, while positioning themselves within one of the region’s fastest-growing construction markets.

Building Expo 2026 officially opened

The strong turnout reflects increasing private sector confidence in Guyana’s economic expansion, with the expo serving as a central space for companies to build partnerships, attract clients, and explore investment opportunities.

Minister of Housing, Collin Croal , says the event continues to strengthen its value as a business marketplace, connecting developers, contractors, suppliers, and financial institutions in a single environment designed to stimulate trade and sector growth.

International Building Expo 2026 is being held under the theme “Guyana at 60: Building Strong Foundations for a Sustainable Future.”
